Affordable Health Care:
As a physician and a patient, I wanted to design a program that would bring peace of
mind to patients who could not afford insurance and deliver state of the art medical
services.
For this reason, we created Trinity HealthSpan ™ . The program works this way, for a set
fee, you can cover yourself or your family for a full year. The fee includes a
comprehensive annual physical, tetanus vaccine, flu vaccine, and three additional office
visits which can be used for acute or chronic medical problems.
We have negotiated special prices for our Trinity HealthSpan ™ patients for lab work that
is not covered under the plan.
This program is not an insurance product and does not cover any services outside of our
office, but it does provide essential health care and health maintenance at a very
respectable price.
For patients who prefer not to invest in this product, we also offer affordable pricing to
patients without insurance who pay at the time of service.
This is also a great option if you own a business and cannot afford to provide insurance
for your employees.
